Outstanding accomplishment by our 2019 HSC Cohort at Plumpton High School. The determination, hard work, intellectual rigor of learning, courage leadership and building of positive relationships with high levels of self-confidence has made this excellent result possible. Sincere thanks need to be extended to the teachers, parents/carers, our business partners and alumni. They have supported our students throughout this journey assisting in collaboratively building student capacity across the broad spectrum of essential capabilities that are required to succeed at school and beyond, whether that be at university, TAFE/Apprenticeship, other training or into the workforce.
Our Students have capacity to have a voice and a presence; Develop and understand concepts and be the leaders of tomorrow; ability to seek out and embrace challenges; persist in the face of setbacks understanding they are temporary, disappointment doesn’t last and enough courage, hard work, rigor and resilience can lift you out of anywhere; revel in finding solutions to complex problems that require high level intellectual rigor with innovation and creatively working both individually and collaboratively; learn from doing, reflective practice, feedback, critique, evidence informed and based research; be inspired by personal success and the success of others.
