Congratulations to Jemima Neemia – School Captain of Plumpton High School who won the NSW Pacific Award for Education at the NSW Pacific Awards ceremony on Thursday evening. Jemima was recognised for her values, outstanding cooperative leadership, resourcefulness, community involvement and for commitment to Plumpton High School and the local community.
Congratulations also to Xavior Savesi - School Vice-Captain who received a Highly Commended Award for Education by demonstrating strong leadership, organisation and participatory skills as well as contributions to Plumpton High School and the community.
Each year the NSW Pacific Awards recognise the achievements and efforts of Pacific people within our communities. Many award recipients have gone on to achieve further recognition and have contributed much to our communities and way of life.
Plumpton would also like to recognise Lance Taulia - Community Liaison Officer, Ahavakaia Pinomi (School Vice-Captain, alumni 2016), our Student Executive Council Coordinators - Jarrod Temby and Tina Linaris, Sam Amosa, Kelly Lawson, Citi Group, AMEX, KPMG and all staff that have contributed to their leadership journey.
