Deloitte Town Hall – Sharing our Plumpton High School journey
02 Mar 2026
Honoured to be guest speaker at the Deloitte Town Hall meeting presenting our Plumpton High School journey over a decade and the cultural shift we have implemented that has led to our wonderful success.
I spoke about the following key components
• What is Plumpton High, what makes it great
• The staff and school transformation, what you have done, why it works.
• Student use of technology, the benefits, and controls.
• What can we expect from the future generations in the workplace
A big thank you to Eric Andia, Michael Page and Alexi Pallpratt for enabling me to share our story. Thank you to our staff and students who have worked extremely hard, smart and innovatively over the last decade. The results are seeing changed life trajectories as our students flourish, leaving school into employment, university, traineeships and apprenticeships with great prospects.
