Corporate mentoring program

The Plumpton High School (PHS) Corporate Mentoring Program is a two-year program that targets students from high-needs backgrounds who face economic, family or social challenges that impact on their study or capacity to pursue their desired tertiary pathways. Students receive one-on-one support from a dedicated mentor. PHS operates a range of successful mentoring programs with corporate volunteers, students and teachers. Through this work it has become apparent that mentoring is critical for many students to continue their studies, achieve their potential and follow their desired post-school pathways. Mentors are assigned to a student by PHS.
