Josephine along with many of our students have found remote learning over the past few weeks challenging including our Year 12 HSC students. She's been juggling schoolwork with looking after three younger brothers. Before getting her prepaid SIM card, she had to share access to the internet with her five siblings because not everyone could join Zoom classes at the same time.
#ABCN's #DonateYourData and #Laptops4Learning campaigns were originally launched in response to the #covid19aus pandemic, but these programs will continue to deliver benefits long term, helping to bridge the huge #DigitalDivide that remote learning has exposed.
Plumpton High School sincerely thanks #ABCN, #Accenture and #Optus for their extremely generous support of our students. We have received 50 laptops and 100 sim cards.
