IPH and Beacon Foundation Partnering with Plumpton High School – POLISH Program

Beacon Foundation recently facilitated a High-Impact Polish Program (full version) for some of our Year 10 students.

The Beacon Polish Program is designed to equip young people with the skills and confidence they need to succeed in the workplace. It included workshops on professional communication, interview techniques, and personal presentation, followed by mock interviews with industry volunteers. Students received valuable, constructive feedback and practical tips to refine their skills and make a strong first impression in professional settings.

We would also like to acknowledge the incredible virtual volunteers from Beacon Foundation's partner IPH - Caroline, Brent, Isobel, Markus, and Nadia - who generously gave their time to support students.

Participation in this program will form part of students' Exit Credential Transcript.
