We are delighted to announce that Ugochi Duru of year 12 2024 has received an ENCORE nomination for her outstanding music performance work in her HSC. This prestigious recognition showcases Ugochi's dedication, talent, and passion for music, placing her among the elite HSC Music students in New South Wales.
Ugochi has also featured over the past 6 years in many school and non-school based events such as performing for the Duke of Edinburgh at NSW Parliament House in 2023, Shrek the musical, NSW Schools Spectacular and Pulse.
ENCORE presents a curated selection of exceptional major works from students across the state, highlighting performances that exemplify creativity, skill, and artistic expression, all held at the iconic Sydney Opera House. Ugochi’s remarkable ability to captivate audiences, along with her unwavering commitment to her craft, has paved the way for this impressive achievement.
